Annual Meeting Participant Registration Fees

The cost to participate in each program is based on whether participants are WAEPS physician members or employees of a WAEPS member practice. In order to take advantage of the significant member discounts, the member’s 2021 dues must be paid prior to registration. Some of the programs also have an early-bird registration discount. Check the individual program pages for details.

Exhibitor Participation

WAEPS Exhibitor Opportunities for the 2022 Annual Meeting will be coming in January 2022. We look forward to welcoming our exhibitor partners back to the Washington State Conference Center for an in person meeting next year. Thank you for your support during the pandemic. 

Reciprocal Society Members

WAEPS has reciprocal arrangements with ophthalmology societies in Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Alaska, and British Columbia. Physicians, providing proof of membership in their respective state and province societies, may register at the Active WAEPS Member rate. Please contact our office for details if you would like to take advantage of this opportunity.

Participant CME Information: 

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of the University of Washington and Washington Academy of Eye Physicians & Surgeons. The UW is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education of physicians.

The UW designates this live activity for a maximum of 7.0 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

This activity meets the criteria for up to 7.0 hours of Category 1 CME credit to satisfy the relicensure requirements of the Washington State Medical Quality Assurance Commission.
